I can’t stop talking about TP Auto—and for good reason. I tell everyone I know to go there, and I genuinely won’t take my car anywhere else. I don’t know much about cars, but they always pinpoint exactly what’s wrong and explain everything clearly. TP Auto is reliable, honest, affordable, and always has a quick turnaround. Whether it’s an oil change or something more involved like replacing my spark plugs, I always know I’m in good hands. I truly can’t recommend them enough—100/10 service and care.

I needed an emissions test and Phong and the team did it within 30 min, checked my oil and noticed it was low and needed to be topped off, and checked the PSI on my tires. Super helpful and close to my house in University Heights. Would come back for servicing in the future! Super friendly, honest and informative when I asked them questions about oil for my car.

Fantastic customer service and quick turnaround! I called ahead for a smog check and they got me in the same morning. Done in under 15 minutes, and even topped off my low oil when my gauge didn't catch it. I'll be back for service soon. Thank you so much!

Loved my experience at TP Phong and Lily were so nice and so helpful. My smog test was super quick and they even helped me attach my new license plate later in the day. They made the experience quick and easy I would recommend going here to anyone.

I had issues with my air system and my front blinker was out. They were very communicative and corrected all issues same day. Very friendly and provided extensive details on the questions I had about the issues. I would highly recommend their services.

Phong was very accommodating. Today it was raining pretty bad and he was able to fit me in a smog check very quickly. I also appreciate that they add air to tires, check your oil, and take a look under your car as a courtesy. Lilly at the office was also very nice too! Good Job T and P Auto Repair ! 5 star service !

I brought my car in for some quotes as other mechanics had mentioned certain repairs were needed. Not only did they explain everything thoroughly but I had my front brakes and rotors replaced same day! They had plenty of cars already in the shop so this was only possible due to them prioritizing fast service. I didn’t feel pressured into additional services and appreciated the time he took explaining the additional needed repairs for the future. Highly recommend!

I absolutely recommend this shop , their customer service is in incredible they had originally told me it would be a four hour job. It was done within two hours of me dropping off my car. They were very communicative from the beginning entering the time that the car was at their shop. They kept me informed they didn’t try to sue me on anything. They actually recommended ways for me to be able to save during my visit just an overall an amazing and honest shop.and amazing fair prices 🔥🔥❤️
